En esta degustación, además de saborear varios quesos deliciosos, todos ellos denominación de origen protegida, también descubriremos en mayor profundidad el maravillo mundo del queso: procesos de elaboración, distintas maceraciones, variedades, formas de degustarlo, etc. La degustación irá acompañada por excelentes vinos de Bodegas Ontañón, la bodega oficial del festival.
