Friendly website!

Manuel, the correspondent who replied to an email enquiry I had, was very helpful and responsive! The system was also very prompt in sending me updates on my ticketing status. I do, if anything, wish the organisers of the event had themselves been as responsive - I’m still unsure as to whether my application to their festival went through, given I wasn’t sent any confirmation!
