May is about to get even sweeter with two steaming hot comedians coming to town for a night of stand up comedy in English!! This show is a double headliner featuring:
Hannah Becker, a New York born, Barcelona based comedian. Her comedy is often racy and playful, but always with a clever, feminist twist. Hannah has hosted and produced several successful shows around Barcelona, is a regular judge for Drink Drank Drunk comedy and Roast Battle Barcelona, and works at the Comedy Clubhouse as the head Booker and one of the resident MCs. She won the Funniest FICer competition in 2016, and was a finalist on the first season of Stand Up Revolution in Romania. She’s performed in English all over Europe, and has performed in Catalan all over Catalunya (including at the Cruilla festival).
James Regal is one of the top regular comedians in Barcelona’s exploding English comedy scene, frequently headlining and hosting shows around the city and across Europe. Originally from London, England, his observational material delves into the absurdities of modern life through the lens of a British immigrant coming to terms with entering his 40s. Expect jokes about love, heartbreak and why we should all hate the Swedish.
